Where CommishPulse came from
CommishPulse started as an internal tool. We were running an insurance agency and losing hours every week to spreadsheets — reconciling premium, calculating commissions, arguing with producers over payouts, and never quite knowing what the agency was actually making.
Why we built it
We didn’t want another platform. We wanted answers. What did each producer write this month? What do we owe them? What’s left after commissions, salary, and service costs? What are we actually making?
When we couldn’t find software that gave us those answers in a way that made sense for an agency, we built it.
